  2. Pack & ship your item following the provided instructions.

  3. Receive your refund or store credit once we process your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchanges

  • We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Store credit is available if you prefer an alternative to a refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact our support team.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, as long as it meets the return eligibility criteria.
